Warranty Policy

Pixie Mood offers a 90-Day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Any damages resulting from misuse, abuse or from normal wear and tear, included that caused by airlines or other carriers are not covered under our policy. Defects may include:

  • Broken zipper or hardware
  • Stitching issues
  • Removable strap issues

We are not responsible for any incidental damages caused by accident, misuse, liquid contact or chemical contact that has occurred while the product is in the customers custody.

If your claim falls within the warranty period, please fill out the 90-Day Limited Warranty Claim Form. Accepted warranty claims are eligible for a new product of equal or lesser value to the product under warranty. Only products purchased in the past 30 days directly from are eligible for monetary refund.

If your Pixie Mood product was purchased from a retailer partner rather than the Pixie Mood website directly, please contact the retailer for information on their warranty policy. Pixie Mood will only accept products that were purchased from the Pixie Mood website directly, we are unable to exchange or accept products purchased from retailers.

Pixie Mood is not responsible for any damage or mistreatment of merchandise while in the custody and care of the assigned courier company. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise after confirmation of delivery.
