Wish it was a better strap design

The bag is very nice, the straps on the other hand i had some difficulty, they are very tight and uncomfortable. And as the straps are the same strap just looped through the tops they often become lopsided and more of a struggle as i am trying to take it off and put it on. Unfortunately i think i will just end up using straps from another bag with it.
