Review on backpack

This was my first time to order from this website. I order for a large backpack for school and it was soo small that my laptop can't fit. I was requested for a return label which I will paying for the shipping cost. Uptill now I haven't received the label. I will never recommend or order from this website again. Very Poor service

Very happy with this purchase. Was looking for a cute, fashion backpack and this has fulfilled that place in my wardrobe.

Just the right size

I had the size smaller Kim Backpack and stuffed it to the point of splitting the zipper in about a year of use. This backpack is exactly the right size to hold what is needed in everyday life and for traveling. I enjoy that there are 3 ways to wear it without making adjustments to the length of the straps for the conversions.
