I love this bag so much! It's the perfect size for me - not too big or small. It fits all I need with 2 inner pockets and I love how it comes with a short and a long strap. I do agree it's a bit hard to zip, you will have to hold both sides to do it. I'm not a huge fan of the tortoiseshell chain detail but that's ok. Love love love it!
Really met my expectations, it’s so cute and classy!
Lovely colour and texture. Wish it was just a little easier to zip and unzip. Too narrow at the top perhaps? I also wish it was just the tiniest bit taller so that a regular sized cell phone could stand upright. It's nice and lightweight, and your customer service is excellent, but it's not perfect!
Small, elegant, and so classy. I love my Sara bag!
