I haven’t used the bag yet but it’s beautiful and is great quality. The only thing is it’s a bit difficult to change the straps over because the loops are a bit tight to slide over the rings.
I love the size and roominess of this bag. The lining is a light blue so it's easy to find your stuff. The stitching at the zipper makes the zipper sit a bit uneven (see photos). There is some pucking on one side of the purse (left side in the front view, right side on the back view) but I suppose it's part of the soft, floppy design. I guess I could stuff it with towels to keep its shape when I'm not using it, but I'm likely to put my phone/keys/wallet and it's not going to fill out the bag to maintain its shape. I'm not sure if this is a manufacturer's defect or the way the bag is designed. It doesn't hinder the use of the bag, but it just looks a bit unkempt. For its price, it's fair.
