Fifteen years ago, Chloe and Kelvin took a leap of faith. They walked away from their corporate jobs with one goal: to create stylish, sustainable handbags that people could feel good about carrying.
But let’s be honest—building a brand from scratch wasn’t all cute designs and success stories. There were factory mishaps, sourcing nightmares, and even scams. They spent long nights packing orders in their parents' basement, hauling bags to festivals, and facing trade shows where they left with zero orders (ouch). It wasn’t easy, but they kept going.
Fast forward to today, Pixie Mood, proudly Canadian, is stocked in over 600 retailers, featured in top fashion magazines, and even landed on Oprah’s Favorite Things (not once, but multiple times!).
But what matters most? Its the incredible community of people—like you—who believe that fashion can be both chic and kind to the planet.
At Pixie Mood, we’re all about making sustainability effortless. No compromises, no sacrifices—just beautiful, functional bags that help make the world a little better. And honestly? This is just the beginning.
So, whether you’ve been with us since the basement days or just discovered us—thank you. You’re the reason we do what we do, and we can’t wait to see where this journey takes us next. 💚

With Love, Chloe, Kelvin, Carter ❤️
