Greta Work Tote

This bag does it all. Fits my 15” laptop effortlessly while leaving more than enough space for my few notebooks and other supplies. Multiple pockets make it easy to organize items and there is even a sleeve for a water bottle. I think I might be able to fit a bag with my lunch as well! Love that it has a zipper closure for extra security and the solid bottom is a great feature as well for preventing the bag from falling over when it’s placed down and it doesn’t need to be leaned against anything to stay upright either!

I also must say that the support team is amazing! I had some billing issues and when I reached out with concerns, they responded so quickly and communicated with me clearly and even sent screenshots to show me their side of things so I could see that the issue was with my postal code. They were super nice and easy to communicate with.

I’ve been telling all my friends to buy this bag and I can definitely see myself placing more items in the future. More than worth it!

ALSO: The bag came with 2 extra straps to attach for different styles. One is perfect for carrying over the shoulder and the other is good for more of a crossbody wear. The lengths can be adjusted a little as well!

I just ordered this tote and haven't even gotten it, but I had to leave a review just based on Pixie Mood's fantastic customer service. In a tragedy involving shopping on my phone and having 1 million tabs open, I accidentally ordered a different tote by mistake when I had meant to order the Greta. I reached out to the support team, already dreading the hassle of having to deal with an online return. I was so pleasantly surprised when, less than 15 minutes after they opened the next morning (!!), they had corrected my order and sent the loveliest response email. It totally turned my day around after I was feeling like a complete idiot, and even if I hate this bag I will be ordering from Pixie Mood again because they are SO NICE! Gotta give it up for the people hustling behind the scenes!
